ORDINANCE NO.19-3,912 AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURBANK APPROVING PROJECT NO. 15-0003056, AN AMENDMENT TO PLANNED DEVELOPMENT NO. 88-2 AND NO. 99-1 AND APPROVING THE SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT RELATED THERETO. City Attorney Synopsis This Ordinance approves an Amendment to Planned Development No. 88-2 (PD 88-2) and No. 99-1 (PD 99-1) and the Second Amendment to the Development Agreement (DA) related thereto for the Parc Pointe Residential and Commercial Development (“Parc Pointe Development”) to: (1) designate 51 parking spaces previously allocated for residential use to be used exclusively by tenants of the 30,000 square foot office building; (2) remove the language that allows commercial parking to be used by residential tenants after hours and on weekends; and, (3) change the maximum square footage and height allowed for the commercial office building to 30,000 square feet and three stories, excluding parking levels. There are no other changes to PD No. 88-2 and 99-1.
