The Dental Practice of David S. Nam, DDS located at 941 S. Vermont Ave, #104, Los Angeles, CA 90006 is closing on April 23, 2025, due to the lease termination of the building where the Practice is located. It has been our pleasure to serve the dental needs of our patients and we thank our patients for the patronage. With the written authorization of the patient, copies of the pertinent information from the patient's dental treatment record can be made available to a dentist of the patient's choosing.
