The proposed use offers nutritional consulting, chiropractic services, and other related services on an appointment-only basis. The maximum number of people in the 2,480-square-foot commercial space at any given time will be 6 people. Proposed hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Environmental Determination: The project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 (Class 1), Existing Facilities. 7. Application No.: PA-16-49 A1 (ZA-18-36) Applicant: L&M Property Management Site Address: 333 E 17th Street, Suite 2 Zone: C1; Local Business Description: A request for the first amendment to Conditional Use Permit PA-16-49 to upgrade an existing restaurant’s (Oak & Coal) Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) License Type from Type 41 (On-Sale Beer & Wine) to Type 47 (On-Sale General – Eating Place). No other alterations to the business operation are proposed. Environmental Determination: The project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 (Class 1), Existing Facilities.
