Notice Is Hereby Given

Notice is hereby given that on October 24, 2018, a public hearing as required by Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code (the “Code”) will be held by the California Health Facilities Financing Authority (the “Authority”) with respect to the proposed issuance by the Authority of its debt obligations in one or more series from time to time in an amount not to exceed $23,000,000 (the “Obligations”). All of the facilities listed above are or will be owned and/or leased and operated by the Corporation, as part of an integrated operation. The Corporation is a California nonprofit corporation and an organization described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Code. The hearing will commence at 10:00 a.m. PDT, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, and will be held in Suite 435, 915 Capitol Mall, Sacramento, CA. Interested persons wishing to express their views on the issuance of the Obligations or on the nature and location of the health facilities proposed to be financed may attend the public hearing in person or by phone (888) 240-3210 (access code 9252712) or TDD (916) 654-9922 or, prior to the time of the hearing, submit written comments to Ronald L. Washington, Executive Director, California Health Facilities Financing Authority, 915 Capitol Mall, Suite 435, Sacramento, CA 95814.
