CHAPMAN AVE., ORANGE, CA 92886. Said sale is to be held without covenant or warranty as to possession, financing, encumbrances, or otherwise on an “as is”, “where is” basis. Chapman / Salley A Chapman, Edward M. Bellog with Bayside Village Mobile Home Park.
