On Monday, January 1, 2018, at approximately 12:35 a.m., 17-year old Derek Schaefer was walking with a friend east on 205th Street from Harvard Boulevard in harbor Gateway when a dark SUV possibly a 2001 to 2007 Toyota Highlander approached them. Unless withdrawn or paid by City Council action, this offer of reward shall terminate on, and have no effect after, OCTOBER 27, 2018.
