Review 17-31 (Setback) Applicant: Nareg Khodadadi Property Owner: Monica Euredjian Site Address: 5390 Harter Lane NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, January 25, 2018 the Planning Commission Administrative Hearing Officer of the City of La Caada Flintridge will hold a public hearing to consider a request for a Hillside Development Permit to allow 1st-floor additions comprising 1,195 sq. ft. to an existing residence on a hillside lot. A Director's Miscellaneous Review (Setback) is also required because the additions would provide a minimum front setback of 11 feet, below the 25-foot requirement for the subject flag lot, but consistent with the home's current siting and 11-foot front setback. The hearing will be conducted in the City Hall Conference Room on the upper level of City Hall, 1327 Foothill Boulevard. The Hearing will commence at 8:30 a.m. The order of items on the agenda will be determined the week prior to the hearing. Copies of all relevant documents are on file for review during business hours at City Hall. All interested persons will be given the opportunity to speak at the public hearing. Staff has determined that the original project is Categorically Exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act under Section 2.5(a)(4)(i)(additions) and 2.5(e)(1)(minor yard and setback variances) of the City of La Canada Flintridge Guidelines for the Implementation of CEQA. If you challenge the Hillside Development Permit, Director's Misc. Review (Setback) and/or the environmental determination in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in correspondence delivered to the Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.
